Appointments & Consultations

New clients are always welcome at Barba Skin Clinic. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule while taking your appointment.

Barba Skin Clinic Office Hours:

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Barba Dermatology Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Cosmetic Dermatology services on Saturday are by appointment only: Botox® Cosmetic/ Dysport, fillers, Ultherapy facelift.

Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you and is considered confirmed when it is made. We require 24 hour advanced notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, no exceptions.

There is a $75 fee for all missed appointments, or appointments that you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Example: if your appointment is at 10 am, you must cancel or reschedule before 10 am on the day before your appointment. To avoid misunderstanding, our staff is trained to constantly remind you of our policy.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we email a reminder 48 hours before your appointment and send a text 24 hours before. We may occasionally call you, too. Please make sure you give us the best number and email to reach you when you call to make an appointment. Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to maintain your appointment and not ours to remind you.

Late Arrivals

A late arrival will take away from the time reserved for your service. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next client’s session can begin on time and we do not get backed up. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you and complete as much of your treatment as possible, or provide a service that requires less time. If you are very late, you will have to be rescheduled and a $75 penalty fee will be applied.

Consultations

We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin care goals. If you would like to have a consultation with a Barba Skin Clinic Specialist before choosing a service, or before deciding on your hair removal solutions, you may book a free 15-minute consultation with one of our aestheticians.

Scheduling

Appointments at Barba Skin Clinic are preferred but occasionally we have same-day or walk-in appointments available. You are welcome to call us to see what is available.

Any services performed by Barba Dermatology require appointments made in advance.

Product Returns

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please bring in the product within two weeks of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, you may have a credit towards one of our many treatments.

Privacy Policy

At Barba Skin Clinic, we respect and protect the privacy of our customers and those who use our website and our services and products. When you give us your email, contact information or phone, Barba Skin Clinic & Barba Dermatology will not share that information with any other organization or individual. We may contact you from time to time with new procedures, products and updates or with special events/offers. If you reply asking us to remove your name we will immediately do so. We are here to service you and not to harass you.

Billing & Payment

Cosmetic and Aestheticians’ services are not medically necessary, therefore insurances will not cover them. You will be personally responsible for any services provided at Barba Skin Clinic.
